Today on our “She’s Got #MamaPower” feature, Rachel shares more about how the 3 in 30 Takeaways for Moms podcast got started, how she hopes to make an impact, and the ways that Mama Power has helped her accelerate her business — in a big way.

What are you most proud of accomplishing so far in your motherhood + business journey?

I started with no social media following and no experience with business and marketing, and, after less than three years, my show now gets over 150,000 downloads per month and reaches moms all over the world.

Where do you see yourself and your business three years from now?

I would like to be the household name of mom podcasts while making a big difference.

How has being part of the Mama Power program helped you in your business?

Within six months of starting 3 in 30, I recognized that I needed a business mentor. I started my podcast because I love to teach--I knew how to do that!--but I quickly found that there was so much about running a business that I did not know how to do.

I chose Crystalee because she had built two very successful businesses while also being a devoted mother to her young children. I loved her mission to "empower mom entrepreneurs to take bold action with BIG heart."

Crystalee and I did one-on-one coaching for six months, and during that time, I truly feel that she helped me accelerate the growth of my business forward by a year or two.

So when Crystalee announced her Mama Power membership program, I immediately signed up.

Crystalee strongly believes that "if you impact a mom, you impact a family". I agree. As mamaprenuers we are living at the intersection of motherhood and entrepreneurship. We are changing diapers and making deadlines.  Mama Power is an incredible group of women that get you and will rejoice in your victories and support you in your challenges. Mama Power isn't just a membership, it is a level up in business and connection to an incredible group of women.

What type of return have you seen on your investment with Mama Power?

Hard to quantify this! The coaching I have received from Crystalee and the improvement to my visibility thanks to Clem's SEO has been huge. I am also excited to see where the Facebook Ads with Jess take me!

What would you say to mom business owner who is considering the Mama Power community and/or working with The Mama Ladder?

By choosing to invest in mentoring and education, even before I was consistently making profit in my business, I accelerated my business' growth by YEARS. Do it.
