LEGAL SERVICES        

a. Client Agreement Template: Client will receive a Client Agreement template, written by an attorney, as well as a consultation to confirm the Agreement is suitable and written to fit Client’s needs.

b.         Website Legal Coverage Package: Receive Privacy Policy and Website Terms & Conditions templates, as well as access to an attorney to answer any questions regarding how to complete each template.

c.          Legal Consultation: Get legal information from an attorney who knows the online business space. Includes a 30-minute call to get information, and have questions answered. 

d.         Trademark Info Session: Client gets legal information from an attorney to get a better idea of what she may trademark. Includes a 30-minute call to get information and have questions answered.

e.         LLC Formation: A lawyer formalizes Client’s business into a limited liability company. This includes having Articles of Organization filed with the state, operating agreement, organizational minutes, and post-formation checklist for ongoing obligations. Client is responsible for any state filing fees, which can range from $75-$500. This service is only available for Clients living in the United States.

f.          Independent Contractor Agreement: A lawyer writes a formal agreement laying out scope of work, payment terms, and protection for business and work product.

ACCOUNTING SERVICES

a.          Tax Prep Package:  A tax Professional will fully prepare your personal tax return, and give you professional tax advice. Includes a consultation with Kristy, for up to 30 minutes. This service is only available for Clients living in the United States. This service may be used in either 2019 or 2020 tax season.

b.         Tax Prep Package:  A tax Professional will fully prepare your business tax return, and give you professional tax advice. Includes a consultation with Kristy, for up to 30 minutes. This service is only available for Clients living in the United States. This service may be used in either 2019 or 2020 tax season.

c. Tax Tool Spreadsheet: The Robinson Burnett Bookkeeping System will acquaint you with expenses within the tax code that are often overlooked. This tool will minimize taxes, while staying in compliance with the IRS tax code. The business owner can use the bookkeeping system to calculate payroll taxes for their Schedule C or Limited Liability Company (LLC), or determine a reasonable compensation for any employee.

d.          Books Setup: A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) sets up Client’s finances in an accounting software of Client’s choice. Client is responsible to pay fees for the accounting software. CPA organizes books to track income, expenses, invoices, and bills, and offers up to 30 minutes of consultation on business expense strategy.

e.         Manage My Books: A CPA manages accounting books for thirty (30) days, which includes recording expenses, client payments, reconciling bank accounts. CPA offers information for Client on how to see the business’ profit.

f. Bill Pay Services: CPA writes a payment policy for Client, gathers W9 forms for applicable vendors, and is the contact person for payables for thirty (30) days. This service is only available for Clients living in the United States.

MARKETING SERVICES

a.         Facebook Ad Creation and Management: Professional will create a Facebook ad for Client, set up the campaign, and manage it for four to six weeks. This package includes a sixty (60) minute consultation. Client is required to pay for the advertising fee from Facebook, with a minimum spend of $500 USD.

b.         SEO Website Analysis: Professional provides a written analysis of SEO elements on Client’s website.

c.          SEO Competitive Analysis & Keyword Research: Professional provides four or five suggested keywords needed to optimize Client’s website based on competition, relevancy, and search volume.

COLLABORATION SERVICES

a.        Collaboration Pitch Deck: Three options! Client chooses either a two-page pitch deck, custom email pitch, or two-page collaboration plan for creating long-term relationships for your brand, which includes a list of at least fifteen (15) potential organizations that may be a good fit for Client’s company. (Contact emails are not guaranteed, but this gives Client a starting point for outreach.) Client receives a thirty (30) minute phone consultation to get information and have questions answered about creating a Collaboration program.

BOOK WRITING SERVICE

a.   Book Outline: Professional offers a sixty (60) minute consultation to gather information from the Client about a book she wants to write. Professional helps Client identify her message, audience, and develop themes. Client receives a written outline with suggested chapter titles and suggestions on how to structure the finished manuscript to be a marketable book.
