Testing, testing, one, two, three. At the mic? Mom and podcaster extraordinaire Haili Murch.
As a podcast manager and host of the This is Legit Motherhood podcast, Haili digs into the real and raw things that mothers experience, and provides a place for understanding and community. She also shares her one-of-a-kind insight, helping manage podcasts so that the creators have more time to focus on their businesses, while still having the opportunity to have a podcast.
Today on our “She’s Got #MamaPower” feature, Haili shares some of her major business wins, what her ultimate vision for her podcast is, and what she’s gained as a member of Mama Power.
What are you most proud of accomplishing so far in your motherhood + business journey?
I am so proud that the podcast has over 3000+ downloads, has had over 25 guests on the show and that we have a Facebook community of 250 amazing moms. I am proud to have helped launch multiple podcasts and continue to help launch and manage podcasts. I am proud that along the journey, I keep meeting the small milestones and goals I set for myself. It means I'm on the right path.
Where do you see yourself and your business three years from now?
I would love to see my business at a point where I have a team, making passive income, and growing our audience in the thousands to have more impact and service to the moms out there!
How has being part of the Mama Power program helped you in your business?
I love being a community where I feel like everyone gets me. I have made some amazing friends and done some awesome collaborations that have helped served both of our businesses and communities. I love meeting weekly to have space to chat with other business owners to hear their struggles and their wins. It helps keep it real and keep the dream possible!
What type of return have you seen on your investment with Mama Power?
I think I've had some growth in new fans/followers since doing collaborations with other moms in the group.
What would you say to mom business owner who is considering the Mama Power community and/or working with The Mama Ladder?
I highly recommend you come join the Mama Power community. There is something about the support of others going through the same thing that keeps you going in your business.
