TRAVEL INFORMATION:
You are responsible for your travel from the airport to and from the ranch. Located in Wickenburg, Rancho de los Caballeros is a 75-minute drive north of Arizona’s capital city, Phoenix, and its bustling airport, Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX).
Driving directions from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport*
Total Trip: 75 miles
Drive north on I-17 to Flagstaff
Exit I-17 North and take SR 74 West (Carefree Highway) to US-60 (about 30 miles)
Exit SR 74 West and take US-60 West into Wickenburg (about 10-12 miles)
In Wickenburg, continue west on US-60 past/through the roundabout, make second allowed right off of roundabout.
Travel west 2.2 miles to the 3rd traffic light in town, Vulture Mine Rd.
Turn left heading south on Vulture Mine Rd.
The entrance to Rancho de los Caballeros will be about 1.5 miles south, located on the left side.
TO HELP YOU GET TO THE RANCH:
As a courtesy, The Mama Ladder has created a private pre-retreat Facebook group where you can coordinate carpools with your fellow attendees, but transportation to and from the ranch resort is your responsibility.
ACCOMMODATIONS
There are two beds in each casita. When you arrive and check in for #MamaSpringBreak, you will be assigned a room and fabulous roommate.

Please note: Details in the following itinerary are subject to change and all times are in Arizona Time Zone. The start and end times, however, will remain constant so you can make travel arrangements in advance.
Day 1 (Thursday)
11:00 a.m. - 12 p.m. ATTENDEE ARRIVAL + ORIENTATION || Please arrive by 12:00 p.m.
**PLEASE NOTE: When you arrive at Rancho, leave your luggage at the front desk. Then check in with The Mama Ladder® at the Sonoran Room.**
12:05 p.m. Welcome by Crystalee Beck & Lynette Evans, co-founders of The Mama Ladder®
12:30 - 1:45 p.m. Meet & Eat (Attendee introductions during lunch - bring your family picture)
1:45 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. Check in to your room
2:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. LEGAL Workshop with Keren de Zwart, ESQ.: “Choose Your (Legal) Adventure”
4:00 - 4:15 Break
4:15 - 5:45 p.m. OPERATIONS Workshop with Sonja Thompkins: “Priorities and Profits: How to operate a successful business without sacrificing your Most Valuable Priorities (MVPs) like Yourself, Family, or Children”
6:00 - 7:00 p.m. Dinner
7:00 - 8:00 p.m. Free Time
8:00 - 10:00 p.m. Evening Group Activity: Collaboration Circles
This is a new activity, based on feedback from previous years. Speed-dating style, you’ll meet every attendee and find ways you can collaborate in your businesses.
10 p.m. Free Time (stargazing, chat the night away, go to bed early … whatever you want!)
Day 2 (Friday)
Please wear your hiking clothes - you will receive an exclusive #MamaSpringBreak t-shirt.

9:30 a.m. Keynote Speaker: Lori Caden, Mama of two, owner of Belly Bandit and Proof, “Hustlin with Heart: Insights for the Mama with BIG Business Dreams”
10:30 a.m. Presentation of the High Five Grant for Moms checks to Dear Darby, Create Hope Foundation, and Chou La La Box
11:00 a.m. Leave on shuttles for the hike
1:00ish p.m. Lunch + Group Hike Pictures
3:15 Arrive back at Rancho, eat snacks
3:15 - 5:15 p.m. Free time, showers
5:30 p.m. Group photo (professional outfits)

FOOD & DINING
The Mama Ladder will provide all meals and healthy snacks throughout the retreat, including options for your pack lunch. If you wish to bring some special snacks or food options, you’re welcome to. There are multiple fridges and plenty of storage.
Please note: To create an uplifting, transformational experience for all attendees, #MamaSpringBreak is a no drug and alcohol retreat. Please do not bring any alcohol to this event. We will provide coffee, tea, herbal tea, and hot cocoa options.
Also, this is a mamas-only retreat. Children, including nursing babies, are not allowed. (This is a break from our babies.) Please make arrangements for your children to be with others while you’re at this retreat.
