#MamaSpringBreak 2024
business & ADventure RETREAT DETAILS
Dear friend,
You are a confident, capable, caring leader. You’ve come far in your business ($100K up to $1M+ revenue) and have a big vision for your future. In this group, we are ALL big-thinking, generous entrepreneurs and mothers. With an intimate group of hand-selected, diverse 9-12 women we’ll be learning with—and from—each other. We are different in many ways but all committed to our babies and businesses.
We are thrilled to invite you to join us live March 17-21, 2024 for #MamaSpringBreak Business & Adventure Retreat. We’re going CRUISING from Southern California through Catalina Island and adventuring in Ensenada, Mexico.
This retreat is time and space to talk real numbers, be open about struggles, and boldly share big business dreams. We picture us crying, laughing, and connecting deeply. As heart-powered women, we’ll all come away smarter for 2024.
Below you’ll find details about the retreat: where, what to expect, what to pack, etc.
Much love,
Crystalee & Lynette

Carnival Miracle
Carnival Miracle features onboard spaces inspired by elements of fantasy. Fun in the sun waits outside, whether you want to take a slide down the Twister Waterslide or just get a tan. Kids and adults alike have their own private spaces as well, with Club Ocean and the Serenity retreat respectively. Carnival offers larger staterooms than most other cruise lines and most of the rooms on Carnival Miracle provide ocean views.
YOUR ACCOMMODATIONS
OCEAN VIEW: Large stateroom windows give you excellent views of the ocean and each destination. Amenities include soft carpeting, indirect lighting, lots of closet space and individual climate control. 24-hour room service and Carnival's Comfort Collection bedding are also included. (185 sq.ft.)
Your Retreat Investment
Your investment covers the event planning, lodging, meals, snacks, adventure activities, professional photos, Mama Power t-shirt, and exclusive gift bag — and memories you’ll hold dear.
The beauty of a cruise is an all-inclusive for you to enjoy multiple options in entertainment, activities, and meals. We will coordinate times for our group to gather regularly for meals and business masterminding, but you will also have opportunities to get some well-deserved R&R.
INCLUDES:
Your own room on Carnival Miracle + all guest amenities

Your Free time
Swim or sunbathe, get adventurous on the WaterWorks water slides, or get in a good work out at the fitness center.
Entertain a crowd belting it out at karaoke or get on the dance floor…or if you prefer just to be entertained, catch a show.
You’re also welcome to call home, read that good book you’ve been trying to find time for, work on a project, chat with your new friends, or take a nap. You do you!
The spa also offers massages, facials, body wraps, thermal suites and more! (Note: Spa services are not included in your retreat investment).
Personalized content for (and by) you
Let’s learn from each other with create-our-own-content that’s personal, relevant, and valuable! Come ready to share lessons you’ve learned the hard way and burning questions you rarely talk about. We will take turns being group guides for 30 minutes. This can look like a presentation, activity, or thought-provoking questions. Do your thing!
To help: What is your unfair advantage or business super power as a mom business owner? THAT is the gold we want you to focus on in your 30 minutes. Please add your topic by March 1, 2024.
