We are staying at beautiful Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort, just minutes from world-famous Zion National Park.

Address: Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort, Twin Knolls Rd, Orderville, UT 84758

You can find more details about car directions on Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort’s website.

Unless otherwise indicated in your written agreement, you are responsible for your travel to and from the resort.

AIR TRAVEL INFORMATION

The closest airport for airline passenger service to the Zion National Park area is located in St. George, Utah (SGU). Daily flights connect to St. George from Denver and Salt Lake City, and soon from L.A. Jet and plane service is provided for United and Delta Airlines by Skywest Airlines, one of America’s finest regional air companies. If you are flying in from out of state, we highly recommend having your final flight destination be the St. George (SGU) Airport, which is 1 hour, 41 minutes (driving) from the resort.

Unless indicated in your agreement that The Mama Ladder will provide ground travel transport, you are responsible for your travel from the airport to the lodge.

Other airport options:

  • Las Vegas International Airport is 3 hours (driving)

  • Salt Lake International Airport is 4.5 approx. hours drive time

LODGE INFORMATION - Speaker accommodations

Speakers are staying in separate, but nearby, lodge from the attendees to give you privacy and time/space to prepare before you present. It is within close walking distance to The Patriarch. More details will be forthcoming.

For your information, attendees are staying in the largest luxury vacation rental at Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort, The Patriarch, a 6,252 square feet, 7 Bedroom / 8 Bath lodge. This is where we’ll have our workshops and speaker presentations.

To ensure everyone has their own bed, some attendees will stay in Grandma’s Cabin, located right next to The Patriarch.

  1. You will provide your slides/presentation to The Mama Ladder by Dec. 1, 2018. This helps us include them in the Retreat Guidebook, which will be printed in January. Please email them to McKell at mckell@themamaladder.com.

  2. You will speak powerfully, honestly—and with love. We see you as an expert, and expect you to come ready to really help the women who attend.

Keynote and featured speakers: You will speak for 60 minutes on your expert topic.

Workshop speakers: You will speak for 20-25 minutes on your expert topic, then oversee “implementation time” so that the attendees can GET IT DONE. (You may need to bring worksheets to help them.)

Yoga instructors: You will lead a 60-minute yoga practice.

  3. You will not do a sales pitch during your presentation. Attendees will have your contact info in the Retreat Guidebook and can approach you.
